  1. Services Provided

    • Jay's Mobile Detailing provides mobile detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or vehicles in poor condition.

  2. Pricing and Payment

    • Pricing for services will be provided before starting the job. The final cost may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and additional services requested.

    • Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as agreed upon.

  3. Appointment Scheduling

    • Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated time of arrival.

    • We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  4. Customer Responsibilities

    • Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for service.

    • Customers must remove personal items from the vehicle before the scheduled appointment.

  5. Liability and Damage

    • We take every precaution to protect your vehicle during our detailing services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

    • In the event of accidental damage caused by our services, we will repair or compensate for the damage as agreed upon with the customer.

  6. Privacy Policy

    • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

  7. Force Majeure

    • Jay's Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any delays or failures in providing services due to events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  8. Cancellation Policy

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

    • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

  9. Legal Disclaimer

    • Jay's Mobile Detailing provides services "as is" and disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

    • In no event shall Jay's Mobile Detailing be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
